Delivery

Postage & Packing: £7.50 per item to Mainland UK on a 2-3 day courier service. Dispatch within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. If required sooner, please call 07897 550402. Free delivery to any of our outlets for collection.

We always use one of the main courier delivery services for our products, which means that you get quick and reliable delivery to your door. You will also receive an email on the day of dispatch and some interactive text messaging allowing you to do clever stuff like redirect a parcel and choose a different delivery day. Handy if you are not going to be at home.

For customers outside of UK mainland, please CONTACT US prior to ordering to arrange a delivery quote.

Non standard items will be subject to lead-times dictated by the availability of the timber in question and will be by negotiation.

We aim to dispatch your order within in 2 – 5 days and your parcel may require a signature. If you have ordered a fully customised item then the specifc time to dispatch will be agreed by email.

All deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If you need a dispatch urgently, then please contact us as we may be able to accommodate a faster delivery.

Returns

We understand sometimes a customer may wish to return an item they bought from us. We operate a generous no quibble, no questions asked return policy of 14 days with a few basic conditions. If you would like to return items, please CONTACT US in the first instance.

Returned items should be in suitable packaging, be in their original condition, unused and without marks or odours, and be returned within 14 days of receipt. Where we have delivered an item to you in error, the item is damaged or defective, or the items was not as described, we will of course send you a pre-paid returns label. However you will be liable for the return postage costs in all other incidents.

Please return the items promptly and take care to ensure that they are packaged securely. Any refund due will be processed as soon reasonably possible and in any event within 5 working days after the return has been received.

To conform to Anti-Money Laundering legislation all refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only.

We may be unable to offer refunds on heavily customised or bespoke products where it is not practical for us to offer them for resale, except where they are damaged/defective or not as described. For example, a board which is custom machined to fit inside a specific type of sink.
